   Luigino. The latest steel from Pegoretti has created quite a stir in the cycling world. It has also left ,any people confussed, so to help everyone here is the deffinative answer. The Luigino was created to achieve two things, first and foremost to show people that even though Pegoretti was the first to bring TIG to the Italian bike scene, he also had many years building lugged and brazed frames previously. The second reason was that it was felt that it would be good tp produce a lugged frame, as we also had a feeling there was a limited number of people who wanted a lugged frame that was built using Campagnolo drop outs, flat fork crown and many other pieces that one cannot get anymore, hence another reason why they are so rare.
